App Functionality
1.1 Repoply is a Shopify Subscribe and Save app that enables Shopify merchants to sell products on a subscription basis with discounted pricing. The App integrates with your Shopify store to manage subscription orders and provide a seamless customer experience.
1.2 You acknowledge that the availability and functionality of specific features within the App may vary, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without prior notice.
Subscription Management
2.1 The App allows you to create and manage subscription products on your Shopify store. You can define the subscription terms, including product selection, pricing, billing frequency, and discount rates.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the subscription details and pricing provided through the App. We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or discrepancies in the subscription information displayed on your store.
Customer Subscriptions
3.1 Customers who choose to subscribe to your products through the App will enter into a subscription agreement with you, the merchant. You are responsible for fulfilling and delivering the subscription orders in a timely manner and according to the terms specified.
3.2 It is your responsibility to communicate any changes or updates to subscription terms, such as pricing, product availability, or billing cycles, to your customers.
3.3 You acknowledge that customers may cancel or modify their subscriptions through the Shopify platform or any other means provided by you. It is your responsibility to handle subscription cancellations and modifications promptly and accurately.
Payment and Billing
4.1 The App integrates with Shopify's payment system to handle subscription billing. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify's payment terms and policies, including transaction fees, apply to all subscription orders processed through the App.
4.2 You are responsible for configuring the pricing structure and discounts for your subscription products. The App will calculate and apply the appropriate pricing and discounts based on the subscription settings you define.
4.3 It is your responsibility to manage and resolve any issues related to subscription payments, failed transactions, or billing disputes with your customers. We are not responsible for any payment-related disputes or financial obligations arising from your use of the App.
Data and Privacy
5.1 We respect your privacy and handle customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you agree to the collection, storage, and processing of data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
6.1 The App and all associated content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of Repoply or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App solely for the purpose of subscribing and selling products on your Shopify store.
Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1 The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App, and we disclaim all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 In no event shall Repoply be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection.
