FAQ
A customer's card failed billing, what happens?
By default, Shopify will attempt to bill the card again on the next billing cycle and an email is sent to the customers alerting them of non-payment.
Does Repoply store customer data such as email, name or credit card information?
No. Repoply does not store this personal information as it is vaulted with Shopify's systems. All information is returned via secure APIs that are inline with Shopify development and security standards.
Can I import my customers?
We cannot import subscribe and save customers from apps or platforms that use third party checkout technology. If your existing customer subscription app runs conversions through Shopify's checkout, then we can create an import on request for an additional fee. Contact [email protected] to learn more.
